From Latin "fabulosus" meaning "legendary" or "mythical."
Most Pokemon in this Phylum do not belong any known Egg Group (that is, as adults; this is only mentioned as "Baby" Pokemon belong to the No Eggs Discovered Egg Group, as well as some other exceptions). Some are also included for special reasons, namely Ditto (Genus species).
